Lance Bradley, RN is president and CEO of NCVA Medical Staffing Inc. One of the original founders of the NCVA, Lance uses his 30 plus years of healthcare experience to guild NCVA in consistent growth. During Lance’s career, he has worked as emergency room nurse, ED manager and interim director of emergency services, outpatient endoscopy manager, urgent care nurse, out-patient PACU nurse, and travel nurse.
His unique experience has allowed him to see both sides of the health care staffing industry both as a travel nurse and from the facility. He brings his experience to find solutions to challenges presented that only experience could bring. He has demonstrated the ability to bring out of the box solutions to problems presented. Lance was a member of the U. S. Navy Reserves for 10 years with NMCB 23, home based in Ft. Belvoir, VA. During that time, he obtained the rank of Hospital Corpsman First Class (HM 1) and was deployed during Operation Desert Shield/Storm. Lance brings that “Can Do” spirit to every project he is involved with.
Lisa has 35 years of experience in the Radiologic Sciences. She graduated with an A.S. in Radiography from Springfield Technical Community College in Springfield, MA in 1985 and worked in Radiography, CT and Special Procedures for 19 years. She returned to school and graduated with a diploma for Radiation Therapy from Pitt Community College in Winterville NC in 2004. She worked as a locum radiation therapist and had the opportunity to travel to several sites in California, Florida and Virginia. While working, she finished up her Bachelors degree at Weber State University in Ogden, UT.
Lisa has received several awards over the course of her schooling and employment. She graduated from radiography school with high honors, won the Mallinckrodt Award of Excellence in radiation therapy school for highest overall GPA, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Weber State University. Lisa was given an award for integrity by her employer, Alliance Oncology.
Lisa was given the opportunity to present a continuing education program for Radiation Therapists who perform Computed Tomography at the Radiation Therapy Conference in Boston in 2016, and she has assisted Radiation Therapy departments that wanted to begin using intravenous contrast for their simulation procedures. She has taught many therapists about contrast safety, application, and image evaluation.
Lisa last worked clinically in 2020, and now works full time in the office. She handles payroll, benefits, taxes and insurance. She likes to help people find work that pays well and allows the freedom that only comes from working as a locum. She’s seen healthcare from all sides, and she understands the joys and the difficulties of a career in health care. She has found working as a locum to be a much more satisfying way to practice in her field, and now she wants to help others do the same.
In the fall of 2021, Julia Tailby joined NCVA Medial Staffing Inc. as acting Director of Marketing and Recruiting. In this role, Julia oversees and manages the recruiting department and the promotion and growth of the staffing company. The objective of her role is to create innovative recruiting and marketing strategies to further build the organization’s brand and to recruit and engage healthcare providers and medical staff across varying platforms.
Julia graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Policy and Administration. Her past work experience includes an instrumental role as the Virtual Care Coordinator with Atlantic General Hospital and a tissue donor coordinator with the Living Legacy Foundation, an Organ Procurement Organization. As for global experience, Julia has traveled to Managua, Nicaragua for the past 10 years with La Merced, a non-profit community outreach and medical mission specializing in the care of the citizens of Nicaragua. One of Julia’s greatest achievements thus far includes launching a telemedicine program to all of the specialty and primary care providers of Atlantic General Hospital during the inception of the COVID19 pandemic.
A lifelong resident of the Eastern Shore, Julia currently resides in Selbyville, DE with her husband, Jesse. Julia is grateful for this amazing opportunity with NCVA Medical Staffing and is thrilled to continue to work with and assist healthcare professionals in achieving their goals in their communities.
Susan manages payroll and invoicing. She loves creating elaborate spreadsheets that keep NCVA organized and help the business succeed. Susan graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in quantitative biology and a mathematics minor. She lives in a central North Carolina with her partner and their many houseplants.
Aimee is responsible for finding, evaluating, and hiring qualified medical staff professionals for NCVA. Aimee has a B.S. in Business Marketing from Frostburg State University and completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics at the University of Delaware. She lives on the Delaware Eastern Shore with her husband and three beautiful children. Aimee is the mother to one special needs child and holds the entire medical community close to her heart. Aimee is dedicated to working with healthcare professionals to match the right candidate to current job openings among a variety of healthcare organizations. She is so excited about joining the NCVA team and looks forward to building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
Samantha is responsible for finding, evaluating, and hiring qualified medical staff professionals for NCVA. She graduated summa cum laude with an A.A.S. in medical office administration from College of the Albemarle, located in Elizabeth City, NC. She lives on the Outer Banks of North Carolina with her son. Samantha is excited to be a part of and grow with the NCVA Team!
NCVA Medical Staffing has been providing highly experienced staff to medical facilities since 2016. Our management team includes a registered nurse and a radiation therapist with over 60 years combined clinical experience. NCVA Medical Staffing is a vendor for some of the country's largest staffing groups and smaller medical/dental offices with attention to detail and personalized services.
